We see the same issue recurring before 30 mins. We'll report it to the Upstream Provider.
We'll continue to monitor the quality of CUG transit and migrate traffic back at the correct point in time.
CUG Updates: That the packet loss is caused by short-term congestion which was due to multiple abnormal traffic in the network channel at the corresponding time. After analyzing that the cause of abnormal traffic was DDoS attack, engineers checked CU's automatic defense system and found frequent DDoS attacks recorded in relevant time.
We have noticed a decrease in inbound traffic from CUG following maintenance, and we are currently investigating the prefix filter issue with CUG to confirm its impact.
